Zephyranthes is a genus of
temperate and tropical plants in the Amaryllis
family, native to the Western Hemisphere and widely
cultivated as ornamentals. These perennial bulbs tolerate many
ecological niches, and have many ornamental characteristics. Care should be
taken with the plants since many of the parts, leaves, bulbs etc. are currently
